With preconstruction services, we’ll give you a wealth of critical information about the feasibility of your project, its estimated cost, and a realistic timeline for completion—before remodeling even begins.

How It Works
Step 1
In-Home Consultation
During a complimentary consultation, our Remodeling Specialist visits your home to learn more about your vision. Once you’ve filled us in on your goals and we’ve explained our remodeling solution, we get to work creating a preliminary estimate and identifying the next steps of your project. This ensures your remodel is off to a great start.
Step 2
Pre-Construction Services
To protect your investment, we’re pleased to offer pre-construction services. With pre-construction services, we’ll assess the feasibility of your project, identify cost savings, and uncover potential problems so you can minimize your risk. By taking advantage of our pre-construction services, you’ll create a rock-solid foundation for your remodel.
Step 3
Construction Agreement
After your design is finalized and schedules are defined, we’ll draw up a construction agreement with a project plan and budget. If you choose to move forward, your pre-construction fees will be credited toward your construction costs. If you decide you want to consider the project further, we’ll retain our fees and provide you with the full scope of work we performed—including a master project schedule complete with finishes, specifications, allowances, milestones, and construction costs.
Step 4
Client Onboarding & Kickoff
Once your project begins, you’ll get your very own dedicated Client Strategist. This person will work proactively on your behalf, managing your remodel as if it were their own. At the onset of your project, your strategist will hold a kickoff meeting to review the project plan in detail and address any questions or concerns you have. They’ll also act as your liaison with the project team and create a remodeling timeline, so your remodel stays on track.
Step 5
Preliminary Operations
In this stage, we prep like crazy to ensure your remodel goes off without a hitch. So, this is where we order materials and finish selections to ensure your project isn’t delayed while we wait for these items to arrive. Once your project materials are delivered, we carefully inspect them to make sure they meet our quality standards. Finally, we create a site management plan so our construction team learns the particular need-to-knows of your job site, as well as any special requests you may have while the crew’s working on your home.
Step 6
Construction
Remodeling homeowners worry the most about dust, poor communication, and job site management. We handle all of that with our seamless remodeling solution—the Total Homeowner ExperienceTM — so you can experience total peace of mind.
During your remodel, you’ll enjoy:
(1) A clean and protected home with our heavy-duty dust barrier and two-stage 360° filtration system
(2) Weekly construction photos and status updates via our award-winning CoConstruct app and
(3) A skilled Site Lead who’ll keep job site operations on track by meeting with inspectors, coordinating deliveries, and collaborating with your design and project teams. If you decide to leave town during your remodel, your Site Lead will handle everything so you can relax while on vacation.
Step 7
Completion & Client Success
After construction’s complete, we professionally clean your home, restore site conditions to the way they were before we arrived, and do a final walk-through to ensure your home meets our high standards. Once it does, we invite you to do a walk-through with us.
If you identify any additional items that need correction, your Client Strategist will make a note of them, arrange to have the tasks completed, and then meet with you to make sure the list has been completed to your satisfaction. Finally, we’ll walk you through our Total Home Warranty Service, provide you with all the appropriate manuals & certificates, and return your house keys so you can immediately start enjoying your newly remodeled home alone again.

The Covid-19 pandemic created an unavoidable delay in the project. It also prevented us from being on-site during the renovation, as we live overseas. Fortunately, elevation 6225 was able to proceed despite these difficulties. The results are stunning. We were kept informed during the work with a photo diary. Any decisions were communicated in good time and additional spending was kept to a minimum. The project manager, Liesel McAllister, made sure there was good attention to detail. She was very informative and was able to suggest good work-arounds for some of the problems that were unforeseen. We were able to return to California earlier this year and were very happy with what we found. Of particular note was the tiling, very neat and well-finished. The elevation 6225 website makes a point of the way you are kept informed throughout the process; it also mentions a stress-free approach. I can vouch for both of these claims. I would have no reservation in recommending the team at elevation 6225 for any renovation work.
